For the past few days, I've been in the Big Apple. Originally, I wasn't really thrilled to go, since i was bound to go with a few girls from my class AND their moms. My mom also invited a few of her friends and their daughters, but they were cool, so I didn't mind. The classmates were usually annoying, stubborn and complain a lot. When ever they made me angry, i shut them out, and it helped me have a better time. If you want to skip the whole story, go ahead, but read the notes at the bottom please.
DAY ONE:
We took a flight very early in the morning, arriving at NYC around ten in the morning. We walked around for a while, just to see stuff like Ground Zero, Empire State building and Battery Park. Shortly after a lunch at Chipotle, we traveled to Chinatown. We mostly did our shopping there to get good bargains. My mom and i were about to buy fake purses, but 1) I didn't find any i liked and 2) They were much more expensive than last time. While in the Chinatown area, I tried to look for some Japanese stores, but I couldn't find any. All i could find where Korean and Chinese.
After leaving Chinatown, we had a nice dinner at Little Italy. Of course it was amazing. After walking around for another few hours, we return to our hotel in New Jersey at around midnight.
DAY TWO:
Woke up around seven and went out the door. We split into groups and i was stuck with my classmates and their moms and my mom. We took a subway and walked to the Empire State Building. My mom and I already saw it, so we didn't have any interest to see it again, so everyone went up in it and my mom and i went shopping for about an hour and a half.
When we met up again we started to walk to the Museum of Natural History. On the way there, we passed and Abercrombie and Fitch store and saw a long line wrapped around the building. Of course i didn't like the store at all, but camera flashes were catching my eye. There were male models in the front of the store. Oh yeah, and did i mention that they were shirtless?

Apparently the line wasn't to see the models, but to go and shop inside. There was no line to meet the models. So we just walked up to this one guy and took a picture. (I also got one by myself. <3) That was the highlight of my day. (The guy smelled REALLY GOOD

)
When we got to the museum, we had lunch than walked around until it closed at about six. On the way out, someone hears that the Backstreet Boys and New Kids on the Block would be at the Today show tomorrow. Apparently, all of the girls were obsessed over the bands, but I didn't know a thing about them, just heard of them. So we find a hotel in city and check in.
It was about ten o'clock when we head over to time square and check things out. It was so cool to see all of the lights and billboards and performers. An hour later, we find a place to have dinner at a diner. The waiters and waitresses were all singers who got turned down on Broadway and sing in this diner. Our waiter was CLEARLY gay, but he had an amazing voice. It was quite adorable.

After the diner closed, we went to our new hotel and got there around two in the morning
DAY THREE:
Woke up at five in the morning to see the Today show. When we got inside the gate, the stage was about twenty yards of tall people in front of us. BSB came out and sang a few songs for a sound check and left. My classmates were complaining how it was so crowded and they couldn't see anything. I wanted to hit them upside the head. Have they never heard of what concerts are like? I was comfortable, but i just didn't like the band, so the girls complained themselves out of it. We went back to the hotel, took showers then left. We head over to Abercrombie and Fitch again to see if there were different models there. There was.

He was a lot cuter than yesterdays, but didn't have as nice as a body.
We walked over to time square to get tickets for a Broadway show. We had to decide between Billy Elliot, Addams Family or Spider-man: Turn off the Dark. Of course i chose Spider-man, because it had a hot lead and it had a lot of action in it.

So we decided to see Spidey and we got our tickets for $77 in the orchestra section. We were pretty happy with the price.
Until the show started, we went to the really big Toys r Us and met this one guy that worked there while we were in line for the ferris wheel. He was so cool and funny that we took a picture with him. He gave us hand hugs and he put us into a Barbie Convertible car for the ferris wheel. While we were going around on it, we saw people taking pictures with guys dressed up as Spider-man and Iron-man. None of us liked Iron-man, so we screamed to Spidey and he waved to us every single time, even when we didn't yell at him. (The more we called out to Spidey, Iron-man looked more upset.

) Even when we got off the ride, Spidey was staring at us and when we were walking around the store, Ironman was trying to get past a huge crowd and he nearly pushed one of us to the ground, trying to get past.

My mom said that someone told her that the Naked Cowboy was outside performing as usual. (If you don't know who he is, look it up) We watched and took pictures for a while and then i went up and asked to take pictures with him. Everyone got in the picture and when we were about to leave, he stopped us and brought us back to take pictures of our butts. He grabbed me and a girl on the other side of him's hair and tugged on it, saying he was gonna steer us straight. He was really funny and he gave us cards.
We had dinner at Hard Rock and it was pretty good, even if they got my order totally wrong. When i walked to the bathroom, a few things stood out like auto-graphed posters of classic rock bands and something odd caught my eye. It was a leather belt in a gold frame. The belt was Sully Erna's from Godsmack. I got so excited and i took picutres of it (although my classmates thought I was weird...)
When we got back to the theatre for the play, we compared our seats on our tickets to the seat map on the wall. It turned out our seats are on the right, but in the VERY FRONT ROW. It was the coolest thing that ever happened. We got sooo lucky. The play was amazing and the actors were so good. The guy who played Peter Parker was so hot.

The songs were unique and there were a few times when it seemed like the actors picked on us. In the start of a new scene, there was a fighter guy who burst out on stage, lunging in front of me and the girl next to me, making us jump. Then when he straightened up, he waved. And during one song about people being freaks, there was a guy who very zombie-like who got so close to my face i could feel his breath while he sang. It was so fun.
After the play, we walk outside and see a small crowd in front of some rails. Some orchestra people, producers and extras came outside and took pictures and signed stuff. We took a few pictures and got ready to leave until a real commotion started. Reeve Carney (Spiderman/Peter) and Jennifer Damiano (Mary Jane Watson) came out. I could care less about Jennifer, but holy freaking crap, Reeve was right in front of me, not including during the actual play (he did stand in front of me a few times and looked me in the eye) We pushed to the rail and i held out a sharpie and my playbill until he came to me. He ignored all the other fangirls and signed mine and a few other girls in the group. I thought i was gonna faint, but I just had to get a picture with him, so i asked him for a picture and he said yes, so we all got in and I don't think i've ever smiled as much as i did in that picure. He is just soooo adorable.

When we were leaving the rail, i reached out my hand toward him for a high-five (If you actually know me, you know i love high-fives) He grabbed my hand and squeezed it for about five seconds and looked at me, but it was so hard to look him in the eye without screaming, so i jsut watched his hand. His hand was so soft... (Ik im an obsessed creep, but you would be too if he was a foot in front of you while he sang and he hand-hugged you. ) We finally walked away, but while we were, I saw the guy who got in my face during the one song and i wanted to go back and talk to him, but everyone was already down the block, so i had no choice but to leave. This may've been the best day in my life.
DAY FOUR
It was our last day here and it was the only day i wasn't stuck with my classmates. They left early in the morning to go to Hoboken, New Jersey to go to Carlo's Bakery from Cake Boss. I went with my mom and her friends (THANK YOU MOM!) So we got to Hoboken and it was just the cutest little town ever. It was so quiant. When we got to the Bakery, there was a really short line, so we stood in line for about five minutes; just enough time to take pictures. I got a picture with one of the workers out front and it looked a lot like a thinner version of Frankie Amato jr., but i still don't know it if was him or not.
When we got inside, it was soooo packed. We just got enough room to go look at the t-shirts and buy two of them. Right after we bought them, Mary Sciarrone came over to get a few things. We got pictures of her and she actually talked to us for a good five minutes while we waited for our turn. On the TV show, she is portrayed as such a bitchy woman, but she is actually the nicest famous woman you could ever meet. She told us that Buddy wasn't in town, but even if he was in the bakery, TLC doesn't let him outside because it takes away from his show time. It made me hate TLC so much for making those people seem so awful when they are actually so nice and not letting people do what they want. It's almost as if they own the bakery now.
We finally placed our orders and while we were by the cash register, you could see a hall to the left of you and a stair case. You would see the assistance go up and down every once in a while but one time, Joey Faugno walked out to ask something from an assistant or something, and some girls actually screamed and he waved. I shot a few pictures of him and one is dark, but it has a good shot of his face and what ever baker is standing beside him.
A few times i saw a few other bakers go up and down the stairs, and i really wanted to get a picture Anthony Bellifemine, since he was one of my favorites. I saw him in the hall a few times, but never had the time to get out my camera. But then i looked up the stairs quickly and saw him and i got a quick picture, but it wasn't really good, but at least I saw him.
I had a canoli and it was freaking AMAZING. It was the best pastry i've ever had. I also had a red velvet cup-cake, but i've honestly had better ones before.
Finally, it was time to take the subway back to the airport and go home.
If you want to see pictures or ask stuff, please ask. I have been really bored lately and i want to talk to some people. I took pictures of nearly everything that I saw, so if you want to see it, please ask.
